In the last few years, I became interested in Abstract Art. It all started as  an attempt to understand an art form that I had previously derided. Once I realized that possessing talent wasn’t really a prerequisite or an asset, I found that I really enjoyed the process. With this in mind, I began creating under my artiste’ nom de plume, Monte’ X. Burke. Why use a nom de plume? Why not? There are no rules. It’s Art! At least that’s what I tell myself. It also gives me plausible deniability in case it’s terrible.  

So have a stroll through the Monte’X. Burke Gallery of Tiny Art. There’s

even a gentle music track and general Gallery Ambience to set the mood. 

Take your time. Drink it all in. Let it speak to you..or something.  

Afterwards, get some cheese and wine and pretend you just went to an exclusive showing at the finest Gallery Exhibit in town. You might need a little more wine to connect those particular dots but…you get the picture. 

From time to time , the installation will change and new art will be added. So visit often. You never know what you’ll find. Hopefully, you won’t find an excuse to change the page. That being said, sit back. Scroll down. And let the culture begin.
